With a portfolio primarily targeted towards assets in London and Manchester, Helical invests in and develops high quality real estate which best serves the needs of their occupiers. Through intelligent property selection, development and active asset management Helical’s effective, entrepreneurial and prudent management really makes them a stand out player in the UK property market.

Following on from a successful pitch process, we knew Helical wanted their chosen agency to demonstrate an aptitude for effective design, excellent planning and project management skills as well as the ability to lift the level of best practice reporting considered throughout the report.

Taking the time to get to know Helical as a company and discovering their aspirations for the report, whilst incorporating the recently launched Helical rebrand, we set out to create a visually impactful and engaging document. This was supported by a considered content plan which had a particular focus on Helical’s Business Model and Strategy.

We are always keen to provide consultancy to clients in order to help articulate their value creation story and in doing so, we worked with key stakeholders over a number of sessions to evolve their Business Model and Strategy to truly articulate their proactive approach to asset management in a clear and concise manner.

The result is a report that surpasses its intended level of best practice and communication targets while providing a holistic overview of the business, its performance and future direction. The report is a balanced and powerful tool showcasing material narrative that is both looking forward as well as back and has been extremely well received both within Helical and by external stakeholders.
