We are searching for an exceptional and self-motivated Senior Designer (Brand) looking to develop their career within an established creative agency, and collectively make a meaningful difference for the clients, colleagues and partners we work with.

Working as part of the design team and alongside our consulting and client service teams, you will be the driving force behind developing the creative vision of a project. Delivering work which is bold, conceptual and different for our wide range of clients (from independent business to global organisations).

Role requirements

  • 6+ years design experience, with time spent in an agency environment.
  • An existing Senior Designer looking to take their career to the next level with further development opportunities and responsibility, or an exceptional Mid-weight Designer looking for that next career progression.
  • Proven experience in creating impactful brand experiences across both print and digital applications, from initial concept development to detailed design execution, covering all aspects of branding and campaign projects.
  • A desire to make an active contribution across all stages of a project – to listen, input and generate ideas and opinion from initial briefing and concept stages through to implementation, delivery and project launch.
  • Present ideas and clearly communicate thoughts within internal meetings and to clients.
  • To work both independently and under the guidance of a Creative Director and alongside cross-agency colleagues from all disciplines.
  • Collaborate and communicate with developers to ensure execution and consistency of the experience.
  • To support and mentor junior members of the team.
  • To have a passion for design, brand, technology and digital experiences, with a commitment to deliver to the highest standards within project timeframes and parameters.

Skills, knowledge and qualities

  • Deep understanding of industry tools including Adobe Creative Suite and Keynote. Comfortable working in Figma is beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong capability in the formal areas of design from typography, layout, hierarchy and proportion alongside a holistic passion for design and delivering to high standards of care and professionalism.
  • While not essential, proficiency in multi-disciplinary design skills (such as digital design, motion graphics, and illustration) would be a valuable plus.
  • Outstanding listening and presentation skills – visual, verbal and written.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team with a strong sense of personal and shared responsibility.
  • A desire to input views and opinions, in addition to taking on-board creative feedback and direction.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail and the ability to balance project priorities and client needs.
  • The ability to follow established agency processes and standards in addition to organising digital and physical files / work environment in-line with agency practices and requirements.
  • The enthusiasm to thrive and develop within a fast-paced creative environment where client needs can dictate tight timelines whilst still requiring high-quality outputs and standards.
