As an employer of over 55,000 people in over 50 countries, the need for Rolls-Royce to engage with their global workforce is always paramount to the organisations performance.
We were engaged to develop a campaign to support uptake for the Group’s global employee survey.
The programme seeks feedback from staff across a number of areas of business activity but as with any survey, creating awareness, clarity of process and a true sense of outcome is key.
Using real Rolls-Royce employees as the heroes of the campaign, we developed the ‘People Power – Powered by you’ campaign theme and carried this across everything from posters, information booklets and questionnaires to editorial publications.
In addition to the overall design and management, we also produced all items across the Rolls-Royce core requirement of 18 language variants.
