We were appointed by Perform Group plc following an initial credentials presentation to design and produce their first annual report since a successful IPO in early 2011 saw them enter the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange as a Premium Listed Company.

Prior to commencing any design, our initial focus was to look at content, pagination and the extent of best practice recommendations to be incorporated into the report. Working with a client team with detailed and up-to-date information from their recent IPO and investor roadshows gave us great access to key areas of information such as strategy, risk and KPIs, enabling us to also develop other content areas such as the business model.

In addition to the overall consultation, design, management and production we also commissioned and art directed the board photography, bought and managed print and oversaw mailing and bulk fulfillment.
