Payments

Payments can be made online with all major credit and debit cards.


Alternatively, you can pay by cheque – please email us with your order requirements and we will come back to you to clarify the shipping costs and full purchase amount.


Once you have a confirmed price from us, please make cheques payable to SampsonMay Design Limited.


Delivery – mainland UK

We aim to dispatch stock items within 3 days but please bear in mind some items, e.g. screenprints, are produced to order and this can take up to three weeks prior to despatch.


Please note - postage prices are for UK deliveries only – badges will be sent by Royal Mail 'standard' second class delivery. All other items will be sent by Royal Mail second class recorded delivery.


Although normal mail (i.e. not recorded) is cheaper, there is no way of knowing whether the package is safely with you so recorded delivery is the most basic level of postage we offer so please be aware that a signature will be required upon receipt of goods.


Delivery - overseas

We can now despatch items overseas but postage rates through our website are set for mainland UK only. So, if you live abroad and want to buy something then please email us stating exactly what you want and the full postal address of where you want the item(s) to be sent. We will then email back a cost to you and if you want to proceed you can then make a direct purchase to our PayPal account.

Refunds

Hopefully you’ll love what you’ve just bought. If you are not happy with your purchase you can exchange it, get a refund or a credit note. But, you need to let us know within 30 days of purchase and need a valid reason for return such as damage whilst shipping. Unacceptable reasons for returns are I’ve changed my mind or my dog ate it etc. Please call or email us to check before sending anything back.


Please be aware that we will not pay for return postage and when you do send anything back keep your proof of posting so that you can trace the package if we do not receive it. We cannot be held responsible for returned items that fail to reach us. Refunds can take up to four weeks to complete once we receive your returned goods.

We do not collect or store data about you – online payments are made through PayPal’s secure services so none of your personal or financial information is kept by us. Should you contact us via email, we will not divulge your email address to anyone else, nor will we pester you with emails from us.
